When you use Resumify, we collect your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) and request access to your Gmail account to automate job applications.

2. How We Use Google API Data

Resumify requires the gmail.send and gmail.readonly scopes to send tailored job applications on your behalf and to scan your inbox exclusively to track interview requests and rejections.

3. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure

Resumify's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We do not allow humans to read your data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable laws.
• We do not use or transfer your data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not sell your Google data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Gemini AI to generate cover letters based on your resume. We use Paystack to process subscription payments securely. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
